Galloway on Hezbollah!

Already mentioned here and here, like anyone else who shocks people with their comments so many times, they lose their ability to outrage, I am surprised Galloway's comments are newsworthy. The man is already known by most people to be a deeply unpleasant bully who has questionable morals on Foreign policy and who was craven to a vile despot like Saddam Hussein.

I have just read Iain Dale's post and the video he linked to. I really can't believe that Galloway has (a) attended the rally (b) spoken out in such strong support of a terrorist organisation. Surely there is some law against that.

Why are you surprised? The man has made outrageous statements before!
If there is some law against what he did today, you can guarentee that it will be found and used against him quickly.

Galloway is an opportunist scumbag but this is so far beyond the pale. That said it only marginally lowers my estemm for the man.. from the top to the bottom of the sewer

I know someone who got in touch with the police to see if certain similar incidents classified as incitement, but the Met were not keen.

That someone wasn't your occasionally embarrasing friend was it! Only I vaguely recall reading about it on his blog!

it might just be!

Jams, I heartily dislike Galloway for a variety of reasons, but my opinion of him is already rock bottom. It nearly hit there with the comments he made that got him expelled from the Labour Party and definetly hit rock bottom with the comments he made immediately after the 7/7 bombings.
The rumours about his conduct in Bethnal Green and Bow, and one allegation a mutual friend of Jo Salmon's and mine mentioned during a phone conversation, have not helped my opinion of him either! either.

Thought it was, Lola!
Remind him about dishes best served cold! ;)

The same comments disgusted me too Paul. The sooner he is consigned to the dustbin of political history, the better.

I have taken the liberty of blogging the video for the benefit of those few sturdy souls that read the Poor Mouth. Thanks for drawing it to my attention.

George Galloway since joining RESPECT has gone from being a very left wing socialist to behaving like a facsist.

They're welcome to him!

Well when he was expelled from the Labour Party, I did think "About time as well!"
One has to be careful about Galloway though, I sometimes wonder if he makes some of the comments he does, so as to get attention. That's a very dangerous position to be in and if anyone wants to prosecute him they will have to carefully consider the possibility that he will be made a political martyr by the hard left as a result!

I think we can now prove that Galloway IS an anti-Semite without worrying about a libel case being brought against us. Surely he should be arrested for his remarks and the glorification of terrorism?

I still get a kick out of how I humbled that douchbag almost a year ago at a public meeting.

C4, libel or not, I am not happy about the anti semite label. anti-Israeli yes, but anti-semite I would be careful, and would put to you that he is not!

When Galloway incites violence among the Palestinians against Israeli civilians as he did in 1994 and happliy accepts fund from Islamic zealots that would like nothing more than to finish what Hitler started, then he is in practice an anti-Semite.

Paul Burgin said...

Ahem, legally speaking he is not. C4 this is my blog and I don't want to end up in court, however good the case and whatever I think of Galloway

I gather Galloway is too busy with his snowt in the Hizb Ut Tahrir troff to be bothered with reading this blog.
