The irritation of being unable to use the title bar! Doesn't seem to have affect any other blogger, and have used more than one computer and the result is still the same, so why me? Grrr
Same happening here since yesterday. Try clicking on, or close to, the bold "Title" text next to the title field and the cursor thing should appear in the Title field.
