Shame On The House Of Representatives

I appreciate the concerns, I appreciate the argument that it's the Banks mess, they sort it out, but this issue affects everyone and will hurt everyone in trying to get things back on track. The solution the House of Representatives rejected would have worked as a buffer in the meantime, instead we have the result we can see now.
