Being south of the border (no excuse I know), I have not heard as much as you about the SNP in government. For the benefit of those Mars Hill readers not following Scottish politics in-depth. Just what is so awful that you find about them in government?

Nationalists are the same the world over, to varying degrees – they are narrow-minded, parochial, and zealous. The SNP believe in spin and manipulation to a degree that would make Karl Rove blush. That makes A Leaky Chanter

If you could change one thing about the Scottish Parliament, what would it be?

Make ministers apologise to the parliament when they lie to it.
