Kate Hoey Facing Deselection

As I rule I am against MP's facing deselection. They are there to represent their constituents and it is up to the constituents to get rid of them at an election. There are exceptions and mitigating circumstances, and given Kate Hoey appearing to be aiding and abetting bullying over Otis Ferry and some of his friends storming the Commons chamber in 2004, her cosying up to Nigel Farage, her arrogance and tone deafness over these issues, I am prepared to make an exception

There are exceptions to every rule in life. This is one. You are correct.
