Some of the best dialogue between Moneypenny and Bond was during her time (Goldeneye and The World Is Not Enough)
I think you might be wrong about the author. I suspect the next 007 will be a chap from North Herts who speaks with an accent that is a mixture of Oxfordshire/Midlands/Herts, and who is currently thirty years old ;).
He has ski-ied, rock climbed, absailed (In fear), fired guns (admittedly with pellets on a school outing and another time indulged in a clay pigeon shoot, constantly missing...), and has had numerous affairs with women (Do single figures count?), all of which make him a good choice methinks!Paul Burginhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06718135185726733792noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13935904.post-1129307778486618782005-10-14T17:36:00.000+01:002005-10-14T17:36:00.000+01:00Personally I'm more bothered about Samantha Bond n...Personally I'm more bothered about Samantha Bond not being in it. :-(

Actually, may I refer you to this wonderful commentary on the casting situation:

http://kerroncross.blogspot.com/2005/10/names-blond-james-blond.html

I have heard the author is both humourous AND good looking/charming. (So maybe stick £5 on him being the next next Bond!) ;-)Kerronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02411755932445989855noreply@blogger.com
