Doctor Who Poll: The Night of the Doctor

 Between Mid January and 23rd November, Mars Hill will mention the most popular story for each Doctor following a Twitter Poll.

With 100% support, fans voted for The Night of the Doctor as their favourite Eighth Doctor story.

Unusual in that, this is a mini episode broadcast as part of the 50th anniversary celebrations, and not during the all too highly brief Eighth Doctor era per se, we see how the Eighth Doctor faced a crisis which saw him mortally wounded on the planet Karn, and how he regenerated into the War Doctor
